Warranty Period
Provogue luggage’s come with different warranty periods. Please refer to the product details to determine the applicable warranty for your purchase. We offer a national warranty only, and not an international warranty.
Warranty Details:
- The Spectrum, Coral, Azure, Lumina, Cascade Collections have a 5-year warranty
- The Wave, Loop, Linea Collections have a 3-year warranty
Each Provogue product undergoes rigorous quality testing to meet our high standards. If a manufacturing defect is found in the material or workmanship, Provogue will either repair or replace the product at our discretion, in accordance with the warranty terms.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient and is valid for the period mentioned on the product, starting from the date of purchase.
What is Covered?
Provogue warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use. If any such defect arises within the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product.
This warranty applies only when the product is:
- Used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
- Free from any external damage caused by mishandling or misuse.
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or stains.
- Damage due to mishandling, neglect, accidents, abrasion, or exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water.
- Transport damage (e.g., by airlines, railways, or courier services).
- Alterations or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
- Damage to internal lining, PU components, wheels, zippers, and trolleys due to regular use.
- Modification or alteration of the product.
- Non-Provogue products used in conjunction with Provogue items.
Provogue products are designed with TSA locks to prevent accidental openings. However, these locks do not guarantee protection against theft or unauthorized access. If your product is damaged during transit, please file a claim with the respective airline or transit company at the place of arrival before clearing customs.
How to Register for Warranty
- Scan the QR code received with your luggage.
- You will be redirected to the Warranty Registration page.
- Read the warranty terms and fill out the registration form.
- Once submitted, your warranty will be registered from the date of purchase until the end of the applicable warranty period.
Important Notes:
- Ensure all details are correctly entered, as they are required for warranty claims.
- Keep your invoice handy, as it will be needed when claiming the warranty.
