Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for all products purchased from our website. A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received an incorrect product in your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original packaging, unused, and sealed.

Note:

  • Used products will not be eligible for return.
  • Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
    • The product was damaged due to mishandling.
    • The product has been used or altered.
    • The return request was initiated after 7 business days from delivery.

Once a return request is approved, we will attempt pickup. If we are unable to collect the product due to unavailability of customer during the attempt, the return request will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping, Return, Replacement, Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

 

Return & Refund Process

To Request a Return kindly call on +91 8655664396 or email to customercare@provogue.com, with all the details with your contact number. Team Provogue will verify the details and approve the request after investigation. Once a return request is approved, we will attempt pickup.

 

Product Inspection

  • Once we pick up the product, Provogue will inspect it within 7 working days.
  • After inspection, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unmarked, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Products that have been altered or repaired by a third party will not be accepted.
  • The original box and packaging must be included. If original packaging is not available returns will not be accepted

 

Prepaid Orders:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and would require up to 14 business days for the payment to reflect to the original payment method. This may also vary depending upon the Bank and the Mode of Payment.

COD Orders:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund transactions will be processed to the customer's designated bank account. Customers are requested to provide their bank account details through email to initiate the refund process.

Decisions by Provogue

  • Provogue has the final authority on determining product damage and refund eligibility.
  • Return and refund policies are subject to change without prior notice.

By shopping at www.provogue.com, you agree to comply with our return and cancellation policies. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms at our discretion, and any changes made will be final and binding.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, cancellations will not be entertained for products purchased during special occasion sales or limited-time offers or customized products

Cancellation Process:

  • Option 1: Call us at +91 8655664396 (Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

If the order has already been shipped, Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your account within 5-7 business days after cancellation, depending on your payment method.

Important:
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, even if it has been confirmed or payment has been received. In such cases, any payment made by you will be fully refunded.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD option is available for eligible locations.

 

Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Shipping and handling charges will be displayed at checkout before you make a payment.
